The following properties will be sold in an OPEN AUCTION on 18/08/2012(Saturday ) at 10:00 AM in the Conference Hall, BNBL-HO, RICBL Building, Thimphu on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” and the interested bidders are requested to inspect the properties prior to the auction.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The earnest money of Nu. 5,000.00 (Five Thousand) only to be deposited in cash not later than 10 am on the day of auction.
- Earnest money of unsucessful bidders will be refunded.
- An entrance fee of Nu. 200.00 to be deposited in cash in addition to the earnest money which is non- refundable.
- The sucessful bidder must deposit 25% of the offer including the earnest money immediately. Balance of 75% must be deposited within 10 days from the date of auction. (Non compliance will result in forfeiture of the deposit/part payment.
- Any decision taken by Auction Committee to accept/reject the offers without assigning any reason shall be final and binding on all concerned.
