The users of Bhutan Telecom’s fixed line, postpaid mobile, postpaid internet broadband and prepaid internet broadband services can now pay their bills online using Utility Bill Pay Module from BNB’s Internet Banking facility. With this service, the customers can now make their bill payments from the comfort of their home or office if they have the internet connection.
To avail the service, the customers will have to first sign up for BNB’s Internet banking facility by visiting a BNB branch office. Customers can login to internet banking site by going to www.bnb.bt or by clicking on ‘Pay Bills Online’ from www.bt.bt . Once logged-in, the customer has to click on Bill Pay under Bill Payment menu. Customers can give their own User Reference No for their easy reference of the payment made. The product name should be Bill Pay and the Payee Name as Bhutan Telecom. Customers should enter the Payment Amount, the Customer ID and Bill Number correctly. Customers can enter the Transfer Description and then click on ‘Initiate’ to process the transaction.
The payment will be updated in Bhutan Telecom’s billing system either on the same day or the next working day.
