To commemorate the auspicious ocassion of the 52nd Birth Anniversary of our beloved fourth Monarch, His Majesty Jigme Singye Wangchuk, the Bhutan National Bank Limited launched the much-awaited Point of Sale (POS) services nationwide.
Through this service, our valued customers shall be part of a completely new concept of a cashless society in the kingdom. With just a swipe of a BNB Debit Card, our customers shall enjoy the power to purchase goods and services from our local merchants and service providers while being assured the highest level of security.
Therefore, inorder to successfully and speedily implement this service for the benefit of our customers, we would like to request all interested Business Establishments, Merchants, Utility Service Providers, Tour Operators and Ticketing Agents, Hotels and Restaurants to apply for the POS facility by contatcing us at 328577-88; Extension No. 437 during office hours.
All the BNBL ATM/Debit Card holders are encouraged to use their Cards for making payments for your purchases from these merchants and win cash prizes.

With the launch of BFS, our PoS terminal now accepts BoB, Druk PNB Bank and T-Bank ATM/debit cards. Shop with your banks card and pay your utility bills too.
