We have been financing the construction of residential houses and commercial buildings since 1992.
- Loan Processing Fee: Nu 500/- for every application.
- Valuation Fee: As Per Engineer’s inspection report (Maximum Nu. 5000)
- Interest Rate:
- 10% per annum for construction/ purchase of building or flats
- 10% per annum for renovation
- Repayment Mode: Monthly
- Maximum Term: 20 Years
- Penalty Rate: 5% is levied on the defaulted amount.
- Should be a Bhutanese citizen
- House/Building must be commercially viable
- Proof of ownership of the Land/building ( 3 months validity)
- Building plan duly approved by municipal authority and or concerned authority
- Equity contribution must be 25% to 40% of total construction cost
- Monthly installment must match monthly rental income from the building
- Posses good credit worthiness
- Ownership Certificate
