LLB (Bachelor of Laws from university recoginized )by Royal Civil Service Commission with PGDNL(Post Graduate Diploma in National Legal Studies) and Pass Certificate from Bar Council
For those transcripts the academics marks given in GPA, a detailed guidelines from the university on how the marks has been converted to percentage has to be submitted.
Bhutanese candidates who meet the above criteria may submit the following required documents latest by 20th March 2020 at BNBL, Corporate Office, 3rd Floor (Block B), HRA Department, Thimphu. Only top Twenty(20) candidates shall be shortlisted and notified for the selection interview through phone call/website.
The shortlisting number may increase if there is additional requirement for the given post after the announcement of the vacancy.

Notification on ATM Withdrawal Charge
All customers are requested to note that cash withdrawals from other bank’s ATM machines are chargeable @Nu 9/- per withdrawal transaction from the sixth transaction onwards, and is recovered at each month end. This is a common charge across banks and as mandated by the Central Bank.
